Custom sunshade manufacturing is a seven-stage process. It starts with a requirement review, where we map your concept against material, fitment and cost targets. An NDA is signed before any design detail is shared.

Next comes CAD and sampling. Our engineering team produces 3D CAD and a physical sample within 7 to 15 days, so you can validate fit and finish before committing to tooling.

Tooling is the key investment. Simple frames need modest tooling; complex memory-steel folding structures need multi-cavity molds. We quote tooling transparently and amortize it against your production order.

Finally, mass production runs 30 to 45 days with in-line quality control, and we ship EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP worldwide. Private label, custom logo, packaging and storage pouch are all standard options.
