01What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard products: 100–500 sets. Custom designs: 500–1,000 sets. Small-batch and restomod projects (10+ units) are quoted case-by-case.
02How much do samples cost?

Standard samples carry a nominal cost (plus courier). Custom samples include a design fee, refundable against the production order.
03What is the tooling / mold cost?

Tooling ranges from a few hundred to several thousand USD depending on structural complexity. Exact quote after design review.
04What is your lead time?

Samples in 7–15 days. Mass production typically 30–45 days depending on order size and customization.
05What price terms do you offer?

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP are all available, matched to your logistics preference.
06What are your payment terms?

Standard: 30% deposit with order, 70% balance against bill of lading. Flexible terms for long-term partners.
07What certifications do you hold?

08What warranty do you provide?

Multi-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Warranty terms confirmed per order.
