Two owned factories · OEM & private label

Car sunshade manufacturer with two owned factories

We make five car sunshade lines in two factories we own: a roller shade factory and a fold-flat framed shade factory. OEM projects, private label ranges, importers, distributors and fleets work with the same production team.

Two factories, one for each shade construction

LesomTech is the brand of a manufacturing and trading group based in Dongguan. Production is not outsourced: two factories are owned by the group, and each one is dedicated to a different shade construction. The roller shade factory builds push-pull panoramic sunroof shades around an aluminium roller and a silver-coated fabric, so the panel retracts along the roof opening instead of being folded away. The fold-flat framed shade factory builds stowable framed sunroof shades with a silver-black memory steel wire frame that folds flat for storage. Side window shades, windshield shades and windshield snow covers complete the range in the same workshops. Because both plants sit inside the group, a project that starts on one construction can move to the other without a new supplier, a new sample chain or a second set of quality assumptions. Buyers meet the team that makes the product, not an intermediary.

  • Roller line: aluminium roller and silver-coated fabric, pushed and pulled across the roof opening.
  • Fold-flat line: silver-black memory steel wire frame that folds flat for storage.
  • Five product lines produced inside factories owned by the group.

Patterns on file, and what a pattern actually means

A pattern is the first practical question in any car sunshade project. The roller line already has five ready SKUs, and the fold-flat framed line has patterns on file for more than 60 models. Those records shorten the route to a sample because the outline, seam allowance and attachment points have been worked through before. They are tooling records, not a statement that a shade is approved for a particular vehicle. Approval comes from the sample fitted to the actual car, with its trim, roof glass and market specification. Where no pattern exists, we develop one from the vehicle opening: photographs of the roof or window, trim clearance, attachment locations and a dimensioned sketch or reference sample. The sample is then reviewed with you before any production run. This is why we ask for the generation and market, not only the model name.

  • Five ready SKUs on the roller line.
  • More than 60 models already have patterns on the fold-flat framed line.
  • A pattern on file is a tooling record; approval comes from the fitted sample.

Materials, hardware and private-label packing

The material brief is agreed before cutting. Roller shades use an aluminium roller and a silver-coated fabric; the coating faces the glass and the fabric is tensioned across the opening. Fold-flat shades use a silver-black memory steel wire frame with a fabric panel, so the frame returns to shape after folding and the panel stows behind the seat or in a pouch. Clips, end caps, pull tabs, storage pouches and cartons are specified per project. For private label we produce your logo on the panel, the pouch, the label and the carton, and we agree the artwork before the sample is signed off. Every style has a minimum order of 100 pieces, and quantities, packing format and shipment terms are confirmed in the quotation. The process is: confirmed sample, pattern and tooling, mass production, inspection and shipment.

  • Clips, end caps, pull tabs, storage pouches and cartons specified per project.
  • Logo on panel, pouch, label and carton; artwork approved before the sample sign-off.

Frequently asked questions

Do you manufacture in your own factories?

Yes. The group combines manufacturing and trading, and both production sites are owned by the group: one factory for push-pull roller sunroof shades and one for fold-flat framed sunroof shades. Side window shades, windshield shades and snow covers are made in the same workshops, so the product you approve is made by the team you are talking to.

Do you already have a pattern for my vehicle?

Possibly. The roller line has five ready SKUs and the fold-flat framed line has patterns on file for more than 60 models. A pattern on file is a tooling record, not an approved fitment: we check it against your generation, trim and market, and confirm the result on a sample. If nothing matches, we develop a new pattern from the vehicle opening.

What is the MOQ, and how do samples work?

The minimum order is 100 pieces per style. Sampling starts with the construction, fabric and attachment brief; we then make a sample for trial on the vehicle. Once the sample, logo and packing are approved, the order moves to production, inspection and shipment. Sample quantities and charges are confirmed with the quotation.
