A wholesale range built on five shade lines

Five lines cover the roof, the side glass and the windshield, so a mixed order can be planned from one range instead of four separate sources. The lines are push-pull roller panoramic sunroof shades, stowable fold-flat framed sunroof shades, side window shades, windshield shades and windshield snow covers. The first two are made in dedicated factories owned by the group; the other three run through the same workshops, materials and inspection routine. Each line has its own construction logic: the roller shade retracts on an aluminium roller with a silver-coated fabric, the fold-flat shade folds on a silver-black memory steel wire frame, and the window, windshield and snow cover lines are developed around the glazing or opening they cover. A mixed order is quoted line by line, with quantities confirmed per style.

Pattern coverage for wholesale buyers

Pattern coverage is the first practical question in a wholesale order: what is already tooled, and how a new pattern is handled. The first has a precise answer. The roller line has five ready SKUs, and the fold-flat framed line has patterns on file for more than 60 models. That coverage allows a category test without paying for a new pattern on every SKU. A pattern on file is still a tooling record, not an approved fitment for every trim or market; the vehicle generation, roof glass and trim level decide whether an existing pattern applies. When it does not, we develop the pattern from photographs, dimensions and a reference sample, then confirm it on the target vehicle. Nothing is described as fitted until the sample has been checked on the car.

Private label, packing and the order route

Private label is a production decision, not a sticker added at the end. We agree the logo position on the panel, the label on the pouch, the carton print and the language of the packing information before the sample is approved. Panels, clips, pull tabs and storage pouches are packed to the format agreed for your market, and cartons are labelled for your warehouse or your customer. The route is the same for every line: confirmed sample, pattern and tooling, mass production, inspection and shipment. Quantities are quoted per style with a 100-piece minimum, and the quotation states the packing format and shipment terms. OEM projects follow the same route with your specification, your artwork and your brand on the finished product.

What is the wholesale MOQ?

The minimum order is 100 pieces per style, across all five lines. A wholesale order can combine styles, and each style is quoted at its own quantity. There is no separate wholesale price list on this page; the quotation is built from the styles, quantities and packing you specify.

Which models already have patterns?

The roller line has five ready SKUs. The fold-flat framed line has patterns on file for more than 60 models. We check the pattern against your vehicle generation, roof glass and trim, and confirm the result on a sample before production. Where no pattern exists, we develop one from the opening and a reference sample.

Can you produce under our brand and packing?

Yes. Logo position, pouch label, carton print and the language of the packing information are agreed before the sample is signed off, then repeated in mass production. Send your artwork and packing requirements with the inquiry so the quotation covers them.
